The Platinum Sales Award is Keller Williams’ way of recognizing exceptional real estate sales representatives and is awarded to those who sell more than a whopping $20 million worth of real estate in one year.

Kate gives credit to her hard-working team as well as their clients, whose recommendations have been invaluable, according to Kate. “Word of mouth referrals are key in this business. Kate has been a sales representative since 2005 but involved in real estate marketing since 1998. She is one of Keller Williams’ founding sales representatives.
